Passenger numbers, luggage, mobility equipment and any assistance needed all affect which vehicle is suitable.

We check availability for your date and time and reply with a price for that specific journey.

Confirm the booking directly with Road Buddy Transport
The journey is arranged once you have agreed the details and we have confirmed it back to you.
Every journey is priced individually, based on the route, timing, passenger numbers and any accessibility requirements.

Is my journey booked when I send the form?
No. Sending the details is a request. The journey is booked only once Road Buddy Transport has checked availability, given you a price and confirmed it back to you.
Why does the website not send the message itself?
Each button prepares your typed details for WhatsApp, Gmail, your email app or your clipboard so you can review and send the request yourself.
How quickly will I hear back?
We reply as soon as we can, but we cannot promise a response time. For a journey today or tomorrow, please call rather than send a written request.
What details make a request easy to price?
Pickup address, destination, date, time, passenger numbers, luggage and any accessibility requirements. Those six things let us answer in one reply rather than several.
Can I request a regular weekly journey?
Yes. Describe the pattern in the notes and we will discuss it with you. Ongoing and contract work is always agreed in conversation rather than through a form.
What should I not put in the form?
Please leave out confidential medical, safeguarding or highly sensitive personal information. Call us if the journey needs that level of detail discussed.
