Airport transfers

Airport Transfers from Warwick and Leamington Spa

Pre-arranged transfers to and from seven UK airports, planned around your flight, your luggage and the number of people travelling.

Overview

An airport journey worth planning properly

An airport transfer is one of the few journeys where the details genuinely matter: what time you leave, how much luggage is coming, which terminal you need and how many people are travelling. Get those right in advance and the journey itself is straightforward.

Road Buddy Transport arranges pre-booked transfers from Warwick, Royal Leamington Spa, Kenilworth and the surrounding communities to Birmingham, Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stansted, East Midlands and Manchester airports, and collections on the way back.

Collection arrangements, waiting terms and return details are confirmed for each booking. We agree the departure details, suitable vehicle and individual price with you before the journey.

Choose your airport

Seven airports, each with its own route notes

Each airport page covers the route, the practical timing considerations and what to tell us when you send your details.

Vehicle size and luggage

Luggage decides more airport bookings than passenger numbers do. Four adults with four large cases and hand luggage need a 6 or 8-seater rather than a saloon. Tell us the number and size of cases, plus pushchairs, ski bags, golf clubs or mobility equipment, and we will advise which vehicle is realistic.

Early-morning journeys

Many flights from Birmingham and East Midlands depart early, which means leaving Warwickshire in the small hours. Early departures need to be arranged well in advance, because there are only so many vehicles available at those times. We will agree a departure time that gives you a sensible margin at the terminal.

Return journeys

Return-journey enquiries are welcome and best arranged with the outbound leg. Give us the arrival time and terminal from your booking and tell us roughly how long you expect to take through baggage reclaim, so the collection point and time can be agreed rather than guessed.

    Send your journey details

Use the booking request form, WhatsApp, email or a phone call to tell us where and when you need to travel.

  2. 2

Tell us about passengers, luggage and accessibility

Passenger numbers, luggage, mobility equipment and any assistance needed all affect which vehicle is suitable.

  3. 3

Receive availability and an individual price

We check availability for your date and time and reply with a price for that specific journey.

  4. 4

Confirm the booking directly with Road Buddy Transport

The journey is arranged once you have agreed the details and we have confirmed it back to you.

Every journey is priced individually, based on the route, timing, passenger numbers and any accessibility requirements.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How early should the vehicle collect me?

We suggest a departure time based on the distance, the time of day and how long you want at the terminal, then agree it with you. You decide the final time; we advise honestly on how long the drive usually takes.

What flight details do you need?

Flight number, airline, terminal if you know it, and the departure or arrival time shown on your booking. For a return, the arrival time and terminal help us plan the collection.

Do you monitor flights?

Collection arrangements, waiting terms and return details are confirmed for each booking.

How much luggage can I bring?

Tell us the number and size of cases when you send your details. Luggage volume, not just passenger numbers, decides which vehicle is suitable — four passengers with four large cases need more than a saloon.

Can you arrange the return journey too?

Yes. Return-journey enquiries are welcome and are usually best arranged at the same time as the outbound leg so both are confirmed together.

Are prices published for airport runs?

No. Every airport journey is priced individually, based on the route, the timing, the vehicle needed and whether it is one-way or return.
